About

As an accredited institution of higher education in the United States, we are committed to academic excellence based on a solid foundation of biblical authority. Crossroads is moving forward with an expansion of new programs and a sense of cultural competency living in the most diverse nation in the world.

Biblical

The Bible is the core of every educational program offered at Crossroads. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, inerrant, authoritative Word of God and sufficient for daily life. Theologically, Crossroads is evangelical and practical. Each student has an opportunity to gain ministry experience and skills through hands-on training and supervised internship.

The “Great Commission” defines the primary mission of the church. Therefore, we seek to equip students to maintain a dynamic relationship between evangelism and discipleship, believing that the local church is God’s primary agency to bring hope and healing to the world. We are persuaded that “who we are” in Christ is as important as “what we know.” So, we place great priority in developing Christ-like character and a servant’s heart.

Cross-cultural

“Training Christian leaders to reach a multiethnic urban world for Christ” is more than a slogan at Crossroads. We are committed to rebuilding true hope in our city, and other urban centers around the world, and promoting biblical racial reconciliation.

We have a racially integrated board, administration, faculty, staff, and student body. Crossroads is a national leader in modeling and promoting multiethnic ministry. At Crossroads, students learn to appreciate the heritages and cultures of those people who are different from themselves and they develop a heartfelt love for all people.

Affordable

A typical commuter student can attend college full-time (12 credit hours) for approximately $5,300 a semester, including tuition, fees, and books. A full time student (12 credit hours) living on campus (room only) can attend college full-time for approximately $7,000 per semester.

The affordability of Crossroads does not diminish our commitment to academic excellence. Our goal is to provide students with nationally and internationally recognized faculty who are truly educated and experienced in their field of study. We are able to provide caring individualized attention to our students by faculty who actually teach their own classes.
