Transcript

  • Send us an official copy of all your transcript/s from any highschool or college you have attended.  

Pastor's Reference

  • print and mail.  

 

Personal Reference Form  

  • print and mail. 

Personal Statement

  • Each student is required to provide their Personal Statement which includes the applicant’s reason for wanting to attend crossroads as well as a description of your conversion. 
  • Your conversion description should include a brief description of your life before you believed the gospel, a brief explanation of the gospel and how you came to believe it, and how your life has changed since conversion. 
  • Please include scripture verses.

Application Fee

  • Enclose the $10.00 application fee.

Visit Campus

  •  Make plans to visit the campus.

NOTE: Dual Credit students will need to supply their academic records which will include the evaluation or grades reflecting finished work up to the point of enrollment to Crossroads Bible College. Student’s records should indicate that that the applicant is at least a high school junior.
