Crossroads @ Fort Wayne
What does it take to become a strong servant leader?
Crossroads Bible College Fort Wayne is uniquely positioned to truly empower future Christian leaders for urban Fort Wayne. As Fort Wayne has often been dubbed the “City of Churches”, due to its 360 churches, we feel that CBC is at an enviable position to bring talent into these new and growing congregations in our city.
CBCFW Education is a program that distinguishes individuals who desire to lead and grow in Christ as they demonstrate their learning and commitment in this supportive community. Although we value Biblical study, we also see ourselves as an organizational team which will challenge and infuse Christians to live Christ-like in our homes, communities, workplaces, local churches, as well as allied and support organizations. In the United States, we have long been a country based on “biblical values”, and we feel that this time in history offers the impetus to clarify and share our values. As Christians, we need to lead by following Christ’s example; thus, our students are trained and supported in this model. We urge all people of faith to join the CBCFW community.
Our Adult Degree Completion Program is designed with working adults in mind. Classes meet in the evening, ONE night a week, ONE class at a time. We are a biblically – based program, offering both an Associates and Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. This degree is designed to help students grow in faith and knowledge, but also, significantly, to become leaders in the community where graduates are knowledgeable, confident and qualified for better employment opportunities with competitive salaries, while serving their “call” to serve the one true God.
