Dr. A. Charles Ware, President Emeritus
Dr. Ware is president emeritus of Crossroads Bible College, a biblically conservative evangelical institution dedicated to training Christian leaders to a reach multiethnic urban world for Christ. Crossroads Bible College is accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education and recognized by the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors.
Dr. Ware speaks in many venues and serves as a consultant on racial reconciliation and leadership. His ministry is well received by audiences of all ethnic groups.
Dr. Ware has authored, co-authored, and edited several books. Among these is One Race One Blood (previously published under the title Darwin’s Plantation: Evolution’s Racist Roots (Master Books, 2007). Dr. Ware co-authored this book with Answers in Genesis founder and President Ken Ham.
Dr. Ware serves on several boards including: The Association of Baptists for World Evangelism (ABWE), The Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE), Anchorsaway, and the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
Mr. Michael Gentry, Interim President
Michael Edward Gentry, B.A.: Michael serves as interim president of Crossroads Bible College. With a B.A. in business, he served faithfully on the Board of Trustees of Crossroads Bible College for 18 years and was the board chairperson 2015-2018. Michael had a long and distinguished career with Marathon Pipeline as an operation center analyst, pipeline inspector, auditor, budget forecaster, department manager, area manager, and operation center supervisor.
Michael achieved the National Association Corrosion Engineers’ Senior Corrosion Certification and has done work on his MBA. He served as an independent crisis management in the three years before accepting the appointment as Interim President of Crossroads Bible College. Michael and his wife, Angela live in Findlay, OH.
