Crossroads Bible College Student Grievance Policy

Students have the right to file a formal grievance regarding unsatisfactory situations. We encourage students to first attempt resolution through the informal process by open communication with the offending party.

Indiana Commission for Higher Education Student Complaint Policy

The Commission for Higher Education is responsible for responding to formal complaints against public, independent non-profit and proprietary institutions of higher education in Indiana. While the Commission has limited authority over colleges and universities, and cannot offer legal advice or initiate civil court cases, Commission staff will review submitted complaints and work with student complainants and institutions.

ABHE Student Complaint Process

Crossroads Bible College is accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE) to award associate and Bachelor degrees, diplomas, and certificates. If a complaint directly related to specific compliance with the Principles of Accreditation is not satisfactorily resolved, students are able to file a complaint with ABHE.
